  • Acquisition of consulting projects in the mid-market environment at banks and companies with a focus onrestructuring, turnaround, mergers & acquisitions and strategy

  • Analysis of company situations, creation of concepts as well as communication with owners, banks and equity providers

  • Initiation and implementation of immediate measures for rapid crisis management
